Installation Notes
- Fix the face plate to the wall or a standard 86 back box with the supplied screws.
- Splice or field-terminate the incoming fibers inside the base, seat one or two adapters, and keep the blank on the unused position.
- Keep adapter dust caps in place until the patch cords are connected.
