12,000 Homes FTTH Rollout with Pre-terminated Quick ODN

BWNFiber supported a regional internet service provider with a fast-turnaround FTTH rollout covering 12,000 homes passed across suburban and semi-rural communities. The customer needed to reduce field splicing, shorten installation cycles, and maintain consistent optical performance across multiple contractor teams.

Project Scope

The deployment covered feeder distribution, split point protection, terminal access, and last-mile subscriber connection. The ISP required a Quick ODN architecture that could be repeated zone by zone with minimal field variation.

Outcome
