Fiber Infrastructure, Built to Be Verified.
For more than 18 years, BWNFiber has manufactured pre-terminated fiber infrastructure for access networks and high-density data centers. Our work combines project engineering, controlled production, and documented optical testing—so operators, contractors, and integrators can review the evidence before they scale.
We move critical work from variable field conditions into a controlled factory process.
Engineered for Deployment. Accountable in Production.
BWNFiber supports the teams that build last-mile access networks, cloud infrastructure, and AI computing environments. We manufacture the fiber assemblies, passive components, and project-specific hardware that connect a design on paper to a repeatable field deployment.
Our role goes beyond filling a parts list. For FTTH projects, we review route structure, split architecture, and node interfaces. For data center projects, we review fiber count, polarity, connector compatibility, and link-loss requirements. The approved configuration then moves into controlled production, inspection, and labeling.
Two Network Environments. One Production Discipline.
Our two solution lines address different deployment conditions but use the same working principle: define interfaces early, manufacture repeatably, and verify performance before shipment.

Pre-Connected FTTH Infrastructure
Route-based assemblies combine factory-terminated cables, PLC splitters, and outdoor terminals. This reduces field splicing and shifts critical quality checks into a controlled environment.
- Hub, sub/branch, and subscriber-end node structure
- IP68 outdoor interfaces and multiple PLC configurations
- Architecture support for GPON and XGS-PON projects

High-Density Fiber Connectivity
Factory-built cabling supports AI clusters, cloud networks, leaf-spine fabrics, and high-performance computing. Assemblies are configured to the approved BOM, polarity plan, and loss target.
- MMC and complete MPO/MTP cabling systems
- Uniboot, DAC/AOC, and optical transceiver options
- 10G–800G interconnect coverage with 1.6T-ready connectivity
Designed Node by Node—Not Sold as a Universal Kit.
A pre-connected ODN works only when routes, split ratios, port maps, and cable lengths agree. We use a three-layer node model to turn those project inputs into a controlled BOM.

Feeder & Hub
Define the feeder handoff, primary split, distribution capacity, and planned reserve.
Sub & Branch
Map cascade interfaces, secondary splitting, branch routes, and the service area.
End & Subscriber
Lock drop outputs, hardened adapters, port maps, and activation access.
Density Without Losing Control.
High-density links leave less room for polarity errors, connector mismatch, or undocumented loss. We build assemblies around the transceiver list, rack layout, and migration plan.

Testing Is Useful Only When It Answers a Buyer Risk.
The laboratory combines four environmental systems with mechanical, optical, and sealing checks. Optical assemblies receive IL/RL testing and end-face inspection; outdoor enclosures can be assessed with IP68 waterproof testing.
Optical component assembly is supported by a Class 100,000 cleanroom. Current document scope and project-specific compliance are confirmed during quotation.

Your Design Stays Your Design.
Customized projects can begin under an NDA before drawings and commercial details are exchanged. The approved specification is then controlled through drawings, revisions, and production records.
Discuss an OEM/ODM ProjectPut confidentiality terms in place before the detailed technical exchange.
Lock fiber count, length, polarity, connector, label, and packaging requirements.
Use revision records, batch information, and applicable test reports to support repeat orders.
Questions Buyers Ask Before the First Order.
Is BWNFiber a manufacturer or a trading company?
BWNFiber is a specialized fiber optic solutions supplier with strong supply chain integration capabilities. We work closely with qualified manufacturing partners and coordinate sourcing, quality control, customization, and delivery across optical components, cable assemblies, distribution hardware, and data center products. Buyers can request relevant production, testing, and quality documentation for their specific projects.
Can BWNFiber review a project before quoting?
Yes. Send the BOM, topology, node schedule, rack layout, or transceiver list available to you. The team can review key interfaces, fiber counts, polarity, and loss requirements before the configuration is released for quotation.
What quality evidence can a buyer request?
Evidence depends on the product and order. It may include process videos, inspection records, individual optical measurements, end-face results, environmental or sealing test evidence, and sample assemblies for fit checks.
Does BWNFiber support private-label or customized programs?
Yes. OEM/ODM scope can include product configuration, cable length, polarity, labels, packaging, and documentation. Customized work can begin under an NDA, with the final specification controlled by approved revisions.
